At Unfigandic, we value fairness and transparency in everything we offer. This Return and Refund Policy outlines how requests for cancellations and refunds are handled for our speaking courses and related services. We encourage you to read this policy before enrolling to understand how we manage changes and cancellations.

1. General Conditions

Refunds may be available in specific circumstances and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be reasonable and consistent in all decisions. Refund requests should be made in writing and as early as possible before the course start date.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your enrolment at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session. Requests made after this period will be considered depending on the circumstances, but we cannot guarantee approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, change of mind after course commencement, or partial attendance. Refunds are also not available if the learner fails to attend without prior notice or justification.

4. Course Cancellation by Unfigandic

In rare cases where Unfigandic must cancel a session or course due to unforeseen reasons (such as instructor unavailability or operational disruptions), participants will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for the affected sessions.

5. Transfers and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may request to transfer to another available date or format. Rescheduling is free of charge if requested with sufficient notice (at least 24 hours before the session).

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrolment. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

7. Course Modifications and Delays

Minor changes to course format, session length, or materials do not qualify for a refund if the core value of the course remains unchanged. We do our best to keep participants informed of all updates in advance.
